“From step 6 Create an image folder. This is a critical step so that all the images can be located easily. This should have mentioned earlier. Please do not neglect this step. The folder will be placed into a larger folder on your hard drive with the name of the project. My folder called Crumbsnatcher. I also included a folder called Text copy.”
I would like to add a point to this that file management is very very important, when working with a integrative system like iPHOTO, GARAGEBAND, iMOVIE and iDVD. I had forgotten to file my photos in iPHOTO so iMOVIE would not give me the same type of editing capability to images I imported from a different location. It was looking for the photo in iPHOTO. So now I know to keep my photos filed in a folder in iPHOTO so that everything is in a central location. This makes life so much easier. If iMOVIE can’t find what it is looking for it won’t work to it’s fullest potential.
