Oil Painting - 48″x 72″-”Mike”
By art coach | January 12, 2008
This is a large scale painting. I used a combination of acrylic and oil paint. The under painting was done in acrylic and the the rest of the painting was completed in oil. I always keep a rag with me while I work to work the forms by rubbing them out with the rag. I also use a combination of acrylic and watercolor in my water based paintings because of the resistiveness of the watercolor to the acrylic paint.
