Step 15 Garageband and the Storybook DVD

After this analysis we went to work in GARAGEBAND. I am not a piano player but for those that can play the keyboard GARAGEBAND allows you to play into GARAGEBAND with your computer. This is great because you can personalize your music.. GARAGEBAND also allows you to use your mouse to play the the keyboard on screen.
Tip. I have a Wacom tablet and I use the pen tool which gives me more speed in hitting those keys.on the key board. This worked out greatly for me. I was able to layer music with my own influence into GARAGEBAND using their on screen keyboard.
Now it was time for sampling the sound files. I used a stop watch. I usually like to start with a foundational percussion if I’m using drum’s to give me a feel for time to layer other instrument’s.
