The Art Of Listening: Discerning The Rap

The young lady is discerning whether or not what she is hearing is true or if the gentlemen is just trying to fulfill another agenda of his own. She is using good judgment by listening and not just being attracted by appearances.
This is a watercolor painted on to sheets of 300 lb Arches cold press paper.

Hi,
I liked the texture of the seat they sit…
And the contrast of the shadows on them with this texture. I don’t know why… The looks are also amiable. but , I feel there is intriqueing on the texture work rather than the first appearence of the picture. Am I composing? :-))
